Tiada apa yang kekal. Kegembiraan pun tidak, kesedihan pun tidak.
(Nothing last. Not even happiness, either sadness)
-WRD
that was an email response from WRD to me. when i received that last time, i smiled and nodded.
but today, as i reopen the email and read it again, yes its short and simple.
but i means a lot. so i posted it on twitter.
yeah, i shared lots of my thoughts there than here nowadays.
cause its too short to blog it, and sometimes its too personal for me.
a friend of mine, zier responded to that tweet.
she mentioned on how she was afraid with the phrase "Not even happiness,"
so i responded back to her in a very normal positive way,
telling her not to be afraid, and through out achieving happiness, you'll have to face so many hard times first.
and that's the fact of life, surely.
i believed most of us agree with what WRD said.
i mean, even life is not forever.
one day we'll be dead, and till the day come, we need to keep and continue this life.
an through out the year, we'll realize nothing stays forever with us.
i mean, we can be happily married, having a family that still last even after 50 years of being together,
but in between, there's some hard time,
some lost, something else counts in.
losing something in life, be it important or not,
(most of the time, we count in losing important things/person)
will affect our life.
losing any part of our life,
will drag us down to the utmost bottom in our life.
and from the most bottom point, we'll slowly will get up.
stand straight and continue our journey in life.
and through out the process, there will be friends, families, pets, inspirational quotes or people,
that will help us to strive and achieve our next goal.
it will eventually turn us into a fighter,
who fight for our dreams.
yes, yes, life will not be easy on us. it won't and never will.
but we must never ever give up. because, once we did,
it'll only be up to us to decide on what's next.
as nothing lasts forever, we have to appreciate every single thing we still have,
cherish every moment we have,
stop counting on days left, but live with it.
and yes, it is never easy to do it alone.
we need someone through out.
and for Muslims, we always have Him.
who is always, continuously be with us with no prior notice.
maybe I am not such a good example of a Muslimah,
but this is the fact,
throughout pain and sorrow, smile and laughter,
there's always Him, around us.
and only the chosen one got to get to overcome the painful moment,
to taste the victory and happiness.
though it won't last, it means the world to those who can see it that way.
zier, here it goes for you.
i know i was never there when u need me to hugged you,
or to cheer you up,
but i am around, to support you.
and that is what a friend for, in your case, friends for.
despite how many miles we are apart,
our hearts had been tied up, since schooldays,
as we recite the Doa we used to before we go to bed.
(sorry, i forgot the name of the Doa) its in the ma'thurat. :)
i love you my dear zier, and this is a special entry,
made for you. out of request.
salam ramadhan darling, and reader.
